SPORTSTRETCH® IN PARIS

WHAT IS SportStretch®?

“SportStretch® is a floor mat, movement based, full body routine that consists of both actively and passively stretching a client. Incorporating a combination of techniques such as Thai Massage, Compression, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Ashiatsu, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR), Traction and various Myofascial and Myoskeletal techniques create a unique and customizable routine.

SportStretch® was created to provide thorough warmup and recovery work that can be performed on any size body, for professionals who work with athletes of both smaller and larger stature. While structured to be performed on athletes of any size, it is safe for just about anyone who is looking to gain flexibility in order to perform better whether you’re involved in intense competition or just a person doing normal everyday activities.

SportStretch® can be done as an individual treatment, or integrated into the end of a massage. This work can be used as a warmup prior to activity, as it incorporates dynamic movement and can invigorate an athlete and get them ready to move, or it can be applied as recovery work, to relax after activity. Using a broad combination of stretching and massage techniques, this routine has helped make a major difference in the flexibility of several different athletes. With consistent sessions, the end result is a decrease in soft tissue injuries, increase in flexibility and range of motion, and an overall healthier body.  SportStretch® was created in 2017 is already being used by a large array or professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB and UFC for both warmup and recovery work.”
