If you're in need of an X-ray, MRI, CT Scan, ultrasound or any other diagnostic imaging, we can expedite the process for getting requests. 

In all cases family doctors can order tests, but in the even a family doctor is unable or you're wanting to expedite the process, we can work directly with our Nurse Practitioner, Crystal, to arrange for appropriate paperwork. As long as imaging is clinically relevent and our physio/chiro and Nurse Crystal feel imaging is necessary. 

Fee: $50

Discuss with your Physio or Chiropractor. Once you pay the $50 fee at the front desk, we'll get the wheels in motion and Crystal Troup, NP will complete your requisition.

The Process:

A practitioner (physio or chiropractor) need to do your assessment.

If it's determined that imaging may be indicated, you can either to go your family doctor and request, or if you need, we can have Crystal Troup prepare the appropriate requisitions, after collaborating with your physio or chiro.

Once Crystal has completed her review and uploaded any appropriate forms to our system, we will send them to you (email or you can pick up in person).

Fee: $75 (to be paid at the front desk)
